RL with Tsubomi Hanasaki (and Pinkie Pie by reply)

[Fluttershy stares at her computer screen in confusion as Tsubomi fiddles with her bookcase. Suddenly, Tsubomi seems to fall into it, and Fluttershy jumps to her hooves in concern.]

Tsubomi?! Are you all right?

(whirling around at the sound of Tsubomi's voice behind her instead of through the computer) Eek! (sigh of relief) Don't do that! ...Please.

[Angel is also hiding under something. That was not something he was expecting.]

Ah... sorry... [Tsubomi starts to pick herself up... and can't help but stare briefly at the real life talking pony in front of her.]

...wow... I... I can't believe this is real. I've seen some amazing stuff before, but... eheh...

[Angel hops out from under the bowl he was using as a hat, stands between Tsubomi and Fluttershy, and shakes his fist at Tsubomi. FYI: All speaking parts are for Fluttershy; Angel doesn't talk.]

It's okay, Angel. She didn't scare me that badly...

(noting Tsubomi's height) Wow, you're a lot smaller than you looked on the screen. (pause) I mean that in a not-scary way...

[Tsubomi can't help but blink at the rabbit threatening her. Is Angel for real? Shaking her head, she focuses her attention back on Fluttershy.]

Ah, d-don't worry about! Really! [She's kinda glad Erika isn't here. She'd... probably get a little cross at that. Shortest magical girl ever and all that.]

So... what do you do, exactly? ...take care of animals, r-right?

[Angel throws an ear of corn at Tsubomi's head to let her know he's serious.]

Angel!

[The rabbit picks up something else to throw, and Fluttershy leans in close and gives him a stern glare. He stops immediately and hides under the bowl again.]

Please behave, Angel-bunny. We have a guest.

(turning back to Tsubomi) Yes, I take care of animals. And, well, they take care of me, too. Angel's only trying to look out for me.

Ow! [Tsubomi's dazed a bit at the ear of corn chucked at her head, but she recovers noticing Fluttershy stopping it... with a glare? Wow, impressive.]

...heh, that's... actually sweet of 'em. If you can hear me... Angel, was it? ... I don't mean any harm! I... I just want to be friends, that's all.

[alouderyay]

[The bowl lifts up a little, but only for a moment, then drops back to the floor. Apparently he doesn't want to behave yet.]

He'll be okay. He's shy, too, just in a different way.

(looking around the cottage) Well, this is my home. Usually there are a lot more animals inside. I guess they're all outside playing.

Oh... a shame, I would of loved to meet them. Maybe another time, then! [she smiles warmly, though, at Fluttershy. Best not to make her feel bad.]

...do you live by yourself or... well, with another?

Well, I live with Angel, a hummingbird, a wasp, a... (proceeds to rattle off a laundry list of animals that Tsubomi may wish to interrupt at some point)

Those are... [Those are a lot of animals. She does stop her, though, placing a hand on Futtershy's head.] ...those are a lot of friends. You must take real good care of them if they're all still here, huh?

W-well, it's my special talent. (indicates her Cutie Mark)

Your talent? [She can't help but notice the markings on her flank now.] Does everyone have them or is it just certain ones?

[There was a hint of curiosity now - what else did this world have to offer?]

Oh, everypony gets a Cutie Mark when they discover their special talent. It's only the really little ones, like Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo who don't. They haven't found their niches yet.

...so, that's what they're called. ["Cutie Mark". Fits the name theming.] Heh, it's a shame I wouldn't get one... or maybe I would, who knows?

[Briefly, Tsubomi shook her head.] Don't worry about it, Fluttershy. It's no big deal. I just think it's neat!

(looks at her Cutie Mark, then back at Tsubomi and smiles) I suppose it is.

[Tsubomi can't help but chuckle again.] I wish I could show you something I could do, but... I kinda left everything back home. Maybe next time.

(still interested) Oh, that's okay. You could just tell me about it instead.

Oh, well... promise not to tell anyone here? A lot of people on the comms know but...

Mmm. I... usually wouldn't say this, but the community mostly knows. In my world, there's a group of magical girls called "Pretty Cure". I'm one of them.

In a way, it is. It's also dangerous, but... as long as I have my friends, everything'll be okay.

[Tsubomi couldn't help but blink. Another one. And this one was energetic! She wasn't good with energetic people, but she'll handle it now!]
